Purpose: Whether you want to lose weight, get
in shape, meet new people; Or if your child needs Self-discipline
or an outlet for after-school
energy, we're here for you!
Other Info: We cater for beginners and experienced
players, male and female over the age of 16 for seniors and from 5
for juniors.

Glossop Swimming Club |

Purpose: Glossop Amateur Swimming Club is a non profit making organisation dedicated to teaching swimming to its members.
Other Info: It has over 200 registered swimmers ranging in ability from learners and competition swimmers.

Membership:Membership is limited, and demand for places is high. The club does open membership from time to time for potential new members to “try out” the club

Glossop Spirit Shockers Cheerleaders |

Purpose: The Spirit Shockers Cheerleaders of Glossop was founded in 2002, originally for for teenage girls, by Hannah Jones. However, after a demand she started competition squads for girls and boys aged 6+. The teams come together every week to train, improve fitness and flexibility, make friends and have fun.
Other Info: Its Glossops one and only Championship Cheerleading Squad. he teams have had great success at Regional and National Cheerleading Championships, as well as performing at local carnivals and more recently Stockport County Football Club. |
